Design & Materials
Can you help with product design if I only have an idea?
Yes. We offer in-house design services and can work from sketches, reference photos, measurements, or even a simple concept. Our team develops the design, creates 3D models, and prepares them for production, helping turn your idea into a functional, manufacturable product.
What types of industrial plastics do you offer?
We work with a wide range of 3D printing materials to meet different strength, durability, flexibility, and environmental requirements. Common materials we use include ABS, ASA, PETG, PLA, TPU/TPE (flexible materials), Polycarbonate (PC), Nylon, PPS, PPA and a variety of other Composite Filaments. We also offer advanced materials such as Carbon Fiber-Reinforced and Glass Fiber-Reinforced filaments for applications requiring enhanced strength, stiffness, and performance. If your project has specific mechanical, thermal, chemical or outdoor-use requirements, we can recommend the most suitable material from our extensive selection and source specialty materials when needed.
What level of dimensional accuracy is typical?
By utilizing industrial-grade hardware, we consistently achieve precision tolerances of +/- 0.005". For specialized requirements utilizing high-temp filaments, we can reach even tighter dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.002" for critical parts.
What types of projects are best suited for 3D printing?
3D printing is ideal for prototypes, custom parts, replacement components, product development, short production runs, jigs and fixtures, and personalized items. If you're unsure whether 3D printing is the right manufacturing method, we can evaluate your project and recommend the best solution.
Ordering & Operations
How do I request a formal quote?
Submit your technical drawings or 3D models via our secure portal. Our engineering team reviews all files for manufacturability before providing a detailed cost breakdown within 24–48 hours.
What is your standard lead time?
Standard production lead times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on part complexity and material choice. Express manufacturing options are available for urgent engineering projects.
Do you offer bulk volume discounts?
Yes, our pricing structure is optimized for scalability. We offer significant tier-based discounts for small-batch production runs and large-scale manufacturing orders.
